After making a reservation for a room with a double bed, through this platform, I arrived at the hotel and was received in a room with two single beds.
After a brief conversation with the employee, it was explained to me that this would have been the information passed through the reservation platform. As the hotel did not have double rooms available for the night in question, I ended up spending the night in this same room. I feel a lack of confidence in booking again through this medium, as it was the first time that this has happened to me as well as my first experience through this platform.

The most frustrating organization I ever had to deal with. When I arrived at the hotel they said that the air conditioner was broken, which they could have just called and let me know before, but anyways, they said I could cancel my reservation and get my money back in a week. Called them a 100x times because of the refund...to this day I am still waiting for my refund. You have been warned :)

Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast and room in good condition. It has a swimming pool and a large lawn to lay out your towel. They provide sun loungers. They provide hangers and there is air conditioning in the room.

Perfect welcome, complete and hearty breakfast with scrambled eggs, croissants, brownies, apple, kiwi, flans, apricot, prune, coffee, tea, orange juice, cereal bread, brioches, etc. Very pleasant and professional staff. Children's corner with slide and swimming pool, shaded area under trees well maintained by the gardeners. Large, comfortable and very clean room. Comfortable bedding. Spacious and clean bathroom. The receptionist and breakfast server are responsive and attentive. Thank you for this relaxing stay in this beautiful region.

I am a teacher of a group of students, our stay has been 4 nights and to tell the truth the expectations were not very good due to the bad opinions of the place. But the truth is that both the hotel staff and the facilities and buffet have left us satisfied; Yes, it is true that it is not a hotel located in a leisure area, but we had the basic and necessary to spend the night. The only thing that would improve is the variety in the dinner buffet, although the quality was good, and the staff was always aware of the children's food intolerances (also with a vegan option).
